   I am a prepaid cell phone veteran. So, can anyone tell me if you have a contract with a cell phone company, do they report as if it is a credit line? I am particularly interested in knowing if Cingular reports. I just signed up for a contract for service.

   I have Cingular, they don't report as a credit line to my knowledge.
