Alltel did, on my husband's cred report. Inaccurately, I might add. The sold the account to a CA. I've been having lots of fun writing back and forth while he's deployed.
att&t used to on mine, then it disappeared once..then all of a sudden reappeared..now it has been gone for at least a year..I still have the phone too. weirdness. it only showed up on experian when it was reporting.
