Has anyone had any luck removing cellular one and/or Cingular Wireless (original creditors)? I had an account with them 4 years ago. Someone cloned my phone and my bill soared, from the usual 50 bucks to 700 bucks. I called their attention to it and said that my terms for any claims were as soon as I realized something wrong was going on. I told them off and never used or paid them again. In my TU and EQ there is an account charged-off from Cingular wireless for the amount of 764.00 and came back in Jan as verified. Any thoughts? Have they ever settled for a percentage of the original debt? I need to get that off my report, even if it includes the option of paying them off (%50) ED PS It is the only derog in my Credit report after the victory with TU!!!!
