I'm voting with you varinia. I took him off ignore for part of the day - back he goes. Suggest you do the same. Don't worry about your thread - apparently we don't have a real moderator yet.

The Kid needs his own board, and those who want to listen to his point of view can go there. Everyone here has tested the advice that has been given over the past 2 years here, and done very well with it. You won't miss anything by putting him on ignore. He's a wannabe.

Ok, I'm a "dumb follower and a fool" and proud of it. So, my question is, who do we believe? You, who has been nothing but insulting and rude to everyone from the time you arrived here or people who are truly trying to help others by posting and sharing their experiences and trying to point people in the right direction. I think case law is always open to interpretation and everyone sees it differently. Hell, judges even rule differently on the laws and they all are reading from the same book! I don't think anyone here is trying to intentionally "mislead" people when citing case law. But there is a way to correct people without sounding as if YOU wrote the book. Even if you what you say IS correct, I'm sure there are more people who are "smart" enough not to follow anything you say. And while you say you don't care about earning "respect" here, I think your words actually prove that you DO give a damn.

 

you have a really organic way of seeing things..

honestly, if i were in your shoes, i would give more credence to the poster who cites case law and actual legislative history, rather than the guy with 12,000 posts...even if I don't like "The Kid".

 

Listen, folks, we simply have to ignore Thickhead, oooops, The Kid. I have never used it but I will as of right now. What an absolute jerk he/she is! Why bother with him/her? The blank posts are much more intelligent than Thickhead anyway!

 

Sweetheart, I could see you on the street tomorrow and wouldn't know you personally from a can of paint so its not a question of me not "liking" you. But you don't give a damn about me liking you anyway, right, so thats beside the point. What I don't like is your whole attitude about how you call yourself supposedly helping people by attacking posters on this board. And honestly, you're not in my shoes because if you were, we wouldn't be continuing on with this discussion.

 

He's here to discredit those who are helping others fight CA's and CRA's. It's obvious. And so is his alter-ego, stan.
