As I fill out my small claims form to sue Experian I am wondering do I need the CEO name to put on this form? I am in CA. If anyone has experience please let me know. I want to go file Monday morning. THANKS! John
ICH, No, you shouldn't need the CEO's name. Just list Experian and their registered agent for service. Sorry, don't have it on me, I'm not at home, but if you search on the board, or through the state AG, you should find it. Let us know how it goes when you go in to file. I'm also in CA, and should be in next monday to file small claims against Experian and TU.
