Hello All! It looks like on of my validation letters is being sent back. I recieved the update of status via USPS tracking that my letter had been accepted at my local PO on the day I sent it, and this morning it says it LEFT Baltimore, MD (It was supposed to STAY there!!) . Other letters I sent had status "delivered", not "left". So, I'm presuming that they would not sign for my letter. What is my next step? Should I dispute with the CRA's immediately to force them to validate? I hope this is understandable and that someone will respond!! Thank you in advance!!!!!
Re: Re: Certified Mail Not Accepted by OC Thank you George, will do. Should I go ahead and dispute with CRA's?
Re: Re: Certified Mail Not Accepted by OC You can try I trick I read on another post. Resend it and on the envelope state attn: accts payable payment enclosed
Re: Re: Re: Certified Mail Not Accepted by OC Thank you dacoldest. I had actually read that here too, but then someone brough up the point that you want to be careful it doesn't end up in the wrong department. I wouldn't want that to happen!

Re: Re: Certified Mail Not Accepted by OC I'll say the same thing I said on the other thread - if you want to be treated with respect, don't play games. I have a motto that I live by - "Everything Matters!" Let THEM play games, get caught in THEIR games and deceit. I do not see how it can help your case to be deceitful.
Re: Re: Re: Certified Mail Not Accepted by OC I agree, that wouldn't look very good in court. Now, does anyone have a suggestion as to whether or not I should go ahead and file a dispute with the CRA's? Thank you DanS.
Re: Re: Re: Certified Mail Not Accepted by OC Actually, it was "Accounts Payable: Check Inside". That is stating for them to check inside, not that there is actually a check inside. I heard it works; I've never done it though.
Re: Re: Re: Certified Mail Not Accepted by OC Wait till you get the letter back. That way you can prove collection attempts if they violate.by verifying to the CRA or fail to note as in dispute.
Re: Re: Re: Certified Mail Not Accepted by OC Also, go to www.usps.com and select "Track and Confirm" and enter your CRRR #. Print it off.
