Ok so i am going to start sending debt validation letters to the CA's. My question is would there be a difference between Certified mail and having it sent Ups or Fedex? The thing that counts is a signature correct? I have a pretty good job that allows me to use the Ups services so it would cost me next to nothing to send the stuff like that.
yes you are correct all that matters is the signature..... i sent my letters through the post office and it cost me like 2.80 a letter...
