Looking for opinions. Since you are able to track certified mail on the Internet and print out a confirmation that it was signed for (albeit not whom signed for it), is it really necessary to send it Return Receipt as well? Would save me $1.75 per letter to just send my letters certified.
Well, sometimes I have found the internet to not be updated accurately. My luck, the one I really needed would be the one that was wrong!
