On top of all the inaccurate info on my Tu. 17 items to be exact. They show a Ch 13 filing, dated 3/99. With a file number. This is on my husbands also. I did dispute this as "This item is inaccurately reported as â??â?¦filingâ??. Please delete from file. After reading several recent posts on others Bk problems. I realized that you could call & find out about this file. So I did. Some one I never heard of. Not even close to my name or my husbands. If they actual investigate this. Will they find the error? Or do I have to prove whose file this actually is? If it comes back as verified what is my next move? This is how good they have been on keeping up with my report. Other then this the remaining items have not been updated since 1995. All fall off within the next 6 months. So I suppose my score will plummet cause I won't have anything on my report.
