Technically it can not be done, BK will show for 10 years. Those who have had them removed were luckily, CRA's did not verify, rare for BK's. Others have kept a great paper trail, caught the CRA in a major documented lie, filed suit and settled prior to court for a clean file. Do the research, it can be done. At this point I am in the same boat as you.
