My court date hasn't been announced yet, probably 2010, but I will be out of country for 4 weeks and want to write a letter to court to state that (I noticed the plantiff has entered at least 20 dates they cannot show). Can I do the same. What would the form be? The standard court form?
I'd start by copying the format used by the plaintiff (changing the names, of course). If you get a court date that's not possible, you could move for a continuance.
