We moved on April 5th. Diligently, I sent change of addresses for both my wife and myself to all three CRAps. We sent the same data for both of us for all three. All three changed mine - no problem! TU changed my wife's. EQ and EX cannot get it with my wife's address. They have had the info for over 30 days and just cannot seem to get around to changing her address! Issues: 1) Each is reporting false information; 2) EX is using the issue to ignore her disputes! 3) EQ may be using the issue to ignore her disputes, though they have notations that accounts are in redispute! 4) We cannot sign her up for either CRA's online "monitoring" b/c they won't accept the new address and we won't use the old address for fear that they will use that as a "see, you didn't change addresses!" 5) EQ sent her a list of appropriate methods of verification... both were in the first packet and we sent it again upon request... they then sent another request for the same things. How do we get them to change her address once and for all?
LOL Jlynn! Yep, you're right! PSP... not dense at all! We mailed packets with copies of drivers licenses, leases, passports, utility bills... oh, and we included a couple small children in the packets too! Apparently they want more children... good thing No. 3 is on the way!
