Hey everyone, back with another mixed-up file question, my lawyer already sent the letters to Trans Union demanding they fix and re-insert my deleted tradelines, the accounts that where not deleted show as "VERIFIED DATE" but when I look closely at the tradeline where it show when the creditor updates, it used to be "UPDATED" 5/2003. Now its "VERIFIED DATE: 5/2003" Does this hurt score? or will this change back to "UPDATED" when my creditors update on 6/2003?
Verified just means that the company verified the data as being accurate (or claims to verify that its accurate) on that date. When they report it next, the UPDATE will return. I would assume that Verified and Update are essentially the same as far as calculating the scores go...
