My wife filed Chap. 7 and it was discharged Dec. 05. Very few of her creditors have included themselves in the BK, even though letters have been sent to them all. Should we send letters to the 3 bureaus along w/copies of the BK court papers? Will this help her(each creditor being included) or is this not a good idea? I figured if they were all included and showed $0 balances, this would be a good thing. I dunno, need a little guidance!?!
I think the general rule here has been to NEVER EVER SEND the CRA BK information as it will ruin any chance you might have to remove the BK from your reports. It is not easy to do but others here have been able to remove a BK with some work and luck!
