I have a Chapter 13 that was filed in 98 for 5 years, I had a priority secured obligations that was the only account being paid 4 months before the Chap 13 was to be complete the Trustee wanted to go extremly high on my monthly payment to pay my others unsecured credit cards my Attorney suggested that I apply for a Chapter 7 in which I did and received a discharge, but when I apply for a car loans I am always question about the Chapter 13. I received a Voluntary Dismissal but nobody seems to understand . Why is it so bad and stop me for getting approve for a car loan??????
