    Not to mention failure to cooperate with the trustee could mean a dismissed BNK.

    Yes the state we live in is a community property state. The lawyer told her to bring everything but after looking at the bank statements her name was nowhere on the statements.Also he did not file only her.But she went to court and brought both and from what she told me the trustee was only concerned about hers because Her name was not on the one with his.He just wanted to know how long they have been apart and she told him and also provided proof.

    1*If the trustee asks for it, you have to produce it period.
    2*The only reason I can possibly think of for someone not wanting to produce bank statement is they have more money than they reported.
