I just went online to pay my fleet card, I noticed a charge of 250.00 to a Liberty University. I called Fleet and they claim I have to wait until it hits my statement and then I can dispute it, they gave me the number to call the university, I called them and they want me to fax a letter disputing the charge. I demanded to speak with someone since I don't have access to a fax machine right away, they told me sorry you have to fax your dispute. Is this the most absurd thing you ever heard??? And why can't fleet investigate this now, why do they have to wait til my statement prints, it's right there in black and white grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. By the way I never heard of this school and never charged anything with this company!!
