    Hello,

I have an account that has changed hands several times. The second owner submitted a derog to my report. Now, the debt is past the statue of limitation. I've disputed that I'm unaware of the debt but it remains. How can I get rid of the derog when they don't own the account anymore?

How is it that each creditors can submit their own derogs for the same charged-off account? This is unfair and should be illegal.

There are only 2 things that should not be legal.
    Reporting and scoring.
