I have a joint charge off from Macys in 2000 on my credit report. It was pd in 2001. Since then I have another card opened 9/2000 late 30days once. I disputed the charge off they verified. It went into charge off b/c I went on maternity leave 4/2000 and couldnt make any payment b/c no income as soon as I went make to work pd off. Is there anything I can do or am I just stuck with it?
