I have a charge off from Verizon Wireless thats not mine I disputed with CRA as not mine come back verified I have called Verizon no help sent letters no response the mortgae comapny said to pay so I did to get the house before it was gone to someone else I talked to the local sheriff and he said to get original credit app and contract from Verizon They told me today since its so old may not be possible. What do I do.
Ironically I have the opposite situation. I had a verizon phone back in 95. It turned into a charge off, and is stil reporting as current until this day. helps out my credit.. hehe
