what would be the best way to handle this ? their are 16 collection account showing on my cr plus 16 charge-off account ,both collections and charge-off accounts are the same. do i dispute with credit card company or collection or both. most recent is showing 1/2003 to 9/1996 6 are hospital bills. also i have 8 judgements on my credit file from 2/1998 to 9/2003 i never signed for any CRRR that were related to them what would be my next step in disputing this judgements, judgements also are related to 16 collections and charge-off showing on my cr is this allowed. all help welcomed . sorry so long!
