OK...I recently disputed a charge off with all three CRAs last month as "NOT MINE". It was deleted from Trans Union and Equifax. Experian verified. It is showing a charge off as 7/2001, but it is showing a recent balance as of 9/2002 of $3366. The original charge off was for $2898. On my Experian report it is showing balances of $0 for every month after the charge off until 9/2002 where the new $3366 shows up. What is my next step? How do I dispute from this point?
