Hi, I am cleaning up my reports. Have discharged chap 7, got all three reports and started disputing information. Now, I did this before really researching stuff on this site, so don't yell at me. On my reports, many items said charge offs, collections etc., and yet, plain as day also chap 7. So in my "wisdom" I figured, I may as well have everything reporting correctly that they were included in chap 7. So, I disputed all three reports saying basically, what was included was included. Now, my beacon has gone up (582 from 539) and some stuff actually removed (duplicate accounts etc) but I am still showing three accounts listed as charge offs/collection and 3 medical bills with NCO as collections. The NCO were included in chap 7 and I disputed again yessterday on line. The other three accounts, Discover, which was sold to Midland, yet Midland isn't even listed, Citibank, which keeps saying charge off and the other (can't think of name) still says charge off. My question is, (and I did the chp 7 myself) is an account that was in charge off status/collection unable to be included in chap 7 and will I ever be able to get the information straight. I sent in another online dispute indicating these accounts were included. I am sorry if this has been covered in another post, but I could not quite find the information.
