I have several items on my credit reports that have at the top chap 13 bk,then as status says charged off as bad debt then another that says chap 13 bk then status says payment after charge off and on one c report i have 2 car loans which were included iin chap 13 which are now paid off that say bankruptcy chapter 7,i have never filed a seven,i have only 8 months to go in a five yearr plan and i need to get everything as clean as possible,could someone advise.Thanks
