    All,

I posted a similar post along these lines last week and no response, so here I am again.

I have a chp 7 discharge De 2001. I am clearing up all 3 reports. However, everything now reads included in bankruptcy except 3 accounts that still are listed as Charged off accounts. I did include these accounts in my bankruptcy listing and have asked the credit agencies to revalidate and they still come back saying updated and reflecting charge offs.

Now, I am not that credit saavy, so does having the accounts listed as charge offs really matter even if they were included in bankruptcy.

My experian score was original 539 before I asked for validation (updating accounts to say included in chap 7 and some duplicate account came off) and I am now a fico beacon (courtesy of Credit watch) of 582.

Am I worried about nothing and just leave as it is? Also, TU deleted my car account, which originally stated as incl in chap 7 and when I disputed it because it was not incl and I have been paying on time etc., and next month my car will be paid off, yet now, I don't have it reported.

This credit stuff is so complicated but I have gotten great advice from here.

    Thanks.

I would send a letter to the OC that they are reporting the debt incorrectly and that they either delete it immediately or you will sue them for violations of the FCRA.
