I have several different questions regarding a couple of charged off accounts...each with different details.

First account: A citi account that has been settled and paid for less than the full balance. Should I first dispute with the CRA about inaccurate reporting? Should I send a Nutcase to the OC? But what about the CA...I'm not sure when and how to communicate with them in the process...They are not even reporting on my report

Second account: A chase account that I have received a judgment against and reach a payment agreement with the CA. I have made two of 10 payments to them. I was never served, however the CA report there was an attempted but unsuccessful servicing almost a year ago when the judgment was filed in the courts. What are my options here to have the account removed from my CR? Negotiate with the CA? the OC or dispute inaccuracies with the CRA?

Third account: Charged off account that I have not been contacted about by CA. This account is not paid but I have the money to do it. Do I pay it, Verify and Validate it or dispute the inaccuracies with the CRA?

Last account: A settled for less than the full balance charged off account that was paid directly to the OC? Again, dispute inaccuracies with CRA? Or a nutcase to the OC?

Last question... should I be seeing the CA as accounts on my CR? Because I don't...

    Guidance and suggestions please!!

    Welcome to the forum.

1.) If it's reported inaccurately, then yes- dispute away through all 3 CRAs. If the CA isn't reporting, that's great. I would just leave them alone and hope they never report it.

2.) If you were never properly served, you may be able to get the judgment vacated. You should be able to get all the paperwork you'll need from the courthouse where the judgment was filed.

3.) Validate the debt to protect your rights under the FDCPA, and then you can work towards reaching a settlement if the debt is properly validated. If it's reported inaccurately, dispute it through the CRAs first.

4.) Always dispute inaccuracies through the CRAs.

5.) The CAs should be reporting as well, but it's great if they're not. Hopefully it'll stay that way.
