Can a bank have a chargeoff and judgement listed for the same account? I have a chargeoff "ACCOUNT SETTLED" from CapOne listed for $3203 and they also have a judgement for $3800. I ended up paying around$4200 over 19 months. What should I do? I have proof of all my cancelled checks, that I over paid. I would let the $400 slide if they would remove the ChargeOFF. What the hell is "ACCOUNT SETTLED"? It should say "ACCOUNT SETTLED FOR MORE THAN OWED" Equifax investigated from me starting it on the myfico site. I'm still waiting to get responses from JUNUM letters. Who should I call about the over payments? So what the had to sue me. Two wrongs don't make a right. I paid my end of the deal and they snuck me for $400. JudgedNVegas
Hopefully they can wave their "Magic Wand" and hook me up too. Did the bank argue on the account for the chargeoff and judgement? Thanks...
