Hello all, I applied for a Chase on February 22, 2003 and on March 3, I received a letter that they need to confirm information before they will continue processing my application. Does this mean approval or just a beginning step for denial?

IF DENIAL...they don't waste their time for MORE info!!!

They may want a pay stub or a phone bill copy...THAT MAY BE ALL...

They actually wanted a phone call and they confirmed my telephone number, address, dob, ssn, previous address and my telephone number.

I like the fact that they did that. I guess they wanted to make sure that it's YOU who applied for the card not some kind of identity fraud. I like it.
