Can you guys please provide a few important addresses of individuals/departments who have the authority to make decisions in regards to the reporting. For the Record - Received a phone response to my letter from the executive office. After several weeks of arguing, back and forth, the chase account magically disappred. Good luck to all.

Depending on if you are a trouble customer banks will remove your data if you are consistent. Average call of having to talk to someone at a company ranges from $6-18. Multiply that by a whole bunch of contacts and the cost to the company can really add up. Add on top of that someone who is yelling and giving everyone a hard time actually sometimes equals what the consumer wants. Some may disagree I do not practice this but have seen it work.
