For anyone who has a chase mortgage, they now allow you to pay online. Not sure how long this has been going on but I am happy. Now I don't have to mail any payments
Just be sure to make your payments at least 2 days in advance. The company that handles online transactions for Chase takes up to 2 business days to complete them due to volume. They'll notify you via email when your payment has been made to Chase, and Chase's automated system will confirm the following day.
Thanks Rina. From the beginning I have paid my mortgage 3 weeks before the due date and so far this works pretty well. Thanks for the info about the 2 days b/c there are other bills I was considering using that bill pay for.
