   ON-LINE I have available $483.00...BUT when I click on "BALANCE TRANSFER"...I get this-------->Total Available to Transfer: $-10,610.34...(notice the (-) )
   
   I called and they told me they have NO IDEA...I'm NOT over-limit...and I'm NOT over-paid.
   
   Both my accounts are weird...so is my wife's...MUST BE A "GLITCH"...
