   Nope.
   
   1) Cap. 1 is too big and Chase is not that rich or that hungry.
   2) Providian is half way in their turnaround and Chase will likely underbid and Providian will refuse the offer.
   
   DMB is bleeding $$$ and would LOVE Chase to rescue them. Simply ain't gonna happen though.
