I want to apply for a card that pulls TU to do a BT. I have a 680 with TU, my highest score right now. I have some lates on 3 accounts from 2001 and earlier. Anyone in a similar credit score range been approved by Chase?
these folks *were* hard, i think chase is now merged with someone else right? anyways i had alot of new cards/inq's and got shot down several times in the TU FAKO 725-775 range. with a $30K paid off chase car loan. Finally got the card (chase double platinum) with 0% BT and 5.9% variable. They send my wife 0% BT offers for 9-12 months all the time. very strange folks, wouldn't reconsider, probably got tired of me applying for the 5th time and gave me the card ($15K limit no less) now that the hands are changing/merging they may be get worse/better. Might want to call and talk to someone there
Update! I decided to apply for the PerferctCard and I was approved for $4000 limit! 0% BT transfer for 9 months, 13.9% card. They pulled TU (as always!) and I had a 676 with several lates (all 3 or more years old)
