Chase credit line of $500.00? Chase Platinum credit card came in the mail today with line of credit for $500.00.... Is that normal?
Our platinum was 5k with that type of score but we got ours years ago..... My advice would be to call them and get ahold of the retention dept and ask for a higher limit before activating that card.

Call customer service and tell them you want a review of your credit limit as you took a hit (inquiry) on your credit for a lousy 500cl and ask them for the retention dept.....and when you get there ask them for their direct number so you have it.
Just got off the phone with special services changed my APR from 10% to 7.99% and raised my credit limit to $5,500...
