Hello There, This is what I found out today they cannot approve me because the utility bill I faxed over to them over 2 weeks ago is not acceptable.... oh well I guess I don't need a card from them.... they take a very long time to process an application if you address do not match or if they need additonal info from you.... it took almost 2 weeks after I faxed over the info to them to find out that I am denied.... and they send me a letter that the account is approve pending address verification... oh well... not a happy day today becuase of this.....all they told me to do is to re apply....
