Chase,GM Successes - Thanks CN

    I just wanted to write and say thank you to the many, very helpful people on this board.

    I used the retention #'s found here for Chase, and GM Card had a great day.

    Chase (1-800-345-8089) --> Rate lowered to 7.094% from 11.99%, upgrade to Plat. (Nicest rep I've EVER spoken with)

    GM Card (1-800-395-6090) -->Rate lowered to 10.74% from 14.99%, 3000K CL increase (no hard inq.) Told them I wanted the increase for a BT - they were very helpful.

    I have NEVER seen a credit card rate like that...

    Is it 7.99%
    or 7.94%

    or what???

    BUT THEN IT IS CHASE!!!

    THEY CHASED ME AWAY!!!
