Chase number for "R"

    I complained to Chase about their BT offer, of course they couldn't respond due to security reasons, and gave me this number, just curious if this is a regular CS number or possible their "R" number???

    I called. The recording suggested this was regular CS.

    I've found Chase "R" to be VERY helpful, but I only got to talk with them the old fashioned way :)

    I figured it was regular CS, tried the number on my card twice, no results that I wanted:(

    Thanks Saar, I may try one more time, who knows??

    Not sure if I am approaching them right either, never really dealt with Chase.

    Here'smy deal, I have their classic card 1K limit, high rate, they offered BT deals

    5.9 for 5k or more
    6.9 2500 to 5k
    7.9 500-2499

    all til March 03

    But only offered me a 500 increase, so that would be 7.9, and with other rates much lower this isn't worth it really, I tried telling them I have a sizable amount to BT but they didn't bite.

    Just makes me mad my hubby gets 1.9, since he is such a valued chase customer with his card and mortgage, Blah guess they don't see my name on the note:(

    Don´t take the offer yet. They will mail better offers from time to time letting increase your limit
    to more than 5k.

    I came from 3.5k(Classic) to 7k last month and upgraded my card to Platinum when I took the third or four offer. at 1.9% for a year. And now when I log in I can see an offer for 0% until august 2003.

    Note:My limit was 2k in Dec 2001
