I found out today I was approved for the Chase Office Depot Business Visa. I applied online a couple of weeks ago and received a conditional approval letter late last week. Their verification department wanted me to send them a copy of my business license, tax verification documents and a utility bill. I faxed these things to them a couple of days ago. When I called them just now they told me the application had been approved. The verification person didn't know any of the details but said I'd have the card within 10 days.
