Wow must be chase's mailing bulk week, first hubby then me and now my SIL. She called me of course thinking I know all about chase, I haven't a clue other than my mortgage. Yes I am getting to the related credit issue LOL. Anyhow she went to the site with her reservation code, got we need further time blah blah and they would let her know shortly???? So do they send you the nice denial letter or do they let you know by email???? Thanks One who got the invitation but who is staying on the wagon and or sleeping with .......... LOL

Thanks Bkev, yes the phone is in her name, so I don't think that's the problem. But I told her if it states they would let her know SHORTLY, I assume it may be like BofA and they send you an email, either congrats or go jump in a lake LOL.

I applied in May. They will pull a hard inquiry on re-consider. Talked with a really rude person named Mrs. Johnson.
Mom 1-800-648-5588 is the number to the credit dept. Press "4" or "0" and they'll be able to tell you the status of your application.
You can call 1-800-243-6010 from 8 am - 10 pm M-f and 9 am to 8 pm on Sat to check the status of your application. If the application is processing it is a sign of approval. That is what happened to me. I applied on line I received the message that I will hear something in 30 days not 7-10. when I question the rep about it he told me that my application is processing manual review. I was approved for a 6K limit. I received the invitation to apply for the plat but I am too afraid to apply since I just received the classic. lol I don't want to push my luck.
