I sent off a new TU credit report with my denial letter for reconsideration. I kept calling, they kept saying they didn't receive fax. Finally on Friday, the lady suggested I just reapply. Ok stupid me, I wasted an inquiry and did. Now they say I am denied because TU does NOT have a credit file for me. Funny I just now pulled it myself and pulled eloan. I have to fax another credit report along with another letter asking for reconsideration.

Is TU screwing up or Chase? Does anyone know who to contact at Chase for help?

With the way TU is doing adjustments lately they probably deleted your whole file.

I lost my JCP trade line and another 32 pts

Every time I dispute they will validate it and then delete a positive trade line!

If you want to DELETE "WRONG" information~~~~they have to COMPENSATE, and DELETE a "CORRECT" account!!!

It's like the people who believe that if you get a RAISE of $1.00/hour...somebody has to LOSE $1.00/hour...

Or if you get a new job, somebody had to get FIRED

Increase in business couldn't have anything to do with it!!!

    Thanks for explaining TU's logic!

That is twice they have used this theory on me.

I need to use reverse physiology on them.

    Any ideas?

I want my disputes taken care of and my good accounts left alone.

well, it sounds like they pulled your file offline and forgot to put it back online...

If you want it to be, it could be another grounds for... well, you know.
