   I just received a chase Platinum Mastercard pre-approval in the mail. How is the card and is it hard to get? Is it easy to get a credit line increase or not.
   
   Is it better then a First USA card I'm thinking about closing and getting this Chase card. Is Chase a tier 1 account.
