    Chapter 7 in 2010
No reporting until September 2016 - starts at 30 days late, goes up to 120 days
Sold house and paid off in October 2017 (not our primary home if that matters)
Tradeline says paid after foreclosure? No mention of chapter 7 anywhere

Tried to refinance in September 2016, denied (said it was because of having two homes and not enough income even though we had tenants) No idea negative stuff was on there
Tried to refinance today, again denied and bank gave us the report showing all these entries after 2010.

I know that is a violation of the post bankruptcy discharge act and am looking for a sample and the counsel address to send the letter. They also sent us demand letters after 2010, just have to look for them. Sick and tired of hearing about consumers getting the short end. We actually paid off the $215,000 and somehow we are still getting screwed.

Planning on citing case law where punitive damages were awarded. Will retain if necessary. Thank you in advance.
