Does anyone know if Chase will do a product transfer from the regular Chase Platinum card to the Chase Shell Platinum card? Does the history from the old card carry over to the new card and do they pull a hard inquiry in the process? Thanks.
Lizardking, I know that you have a pretty high limit on your (former) classic card to begin with, but when you upgraded, did they happen to tell you what the minimum credit limit was in order to go from classic to platinum? Is it a $5000 minimum? It's good to know that they did it sans the inquiry at the 6 month mark. Thanks,
CITI approved me for their Dividend Platinum Select with a $2800 limit. An account manager @ Capitol One told me he's seen their platinum with a limit under a $1000 recently. (that seems questionable) -Om
