Well, I won't have to be making a decision to accept the CITI afterall. Blacklisted Apparently, CITI has a memory like an elephant. My DH filed BK about 12 years ago and they DECLINED him due to his bk'ing the account. Don't get on CITI's bad side........they remember.
I closed 2 accounts for NO REASON OTHER THAN APR WAS TOO HIGH...and they kinda' BLACK-LISTED ME FOR THAT!!!
