When I logged on to the chase site tonight there is a new option available called bill pay. Its not active yet but it looks like well be able to make payments online soon.

I saw that too. Did you complete the online survey? I did and I stressed (highly) the importance of online bill pay. I'm sure many customers expressed the same. Chase's website is nice, but without online bill pay, it is in the dark ages. It will be a great benefit once they get it up and running.
