ma_bear You are correct they do have a loan that can go from 1 percent to 2 percent. This is not that loan though. The limit for my area was very low. They also offer another loan (standard rate) with about the same limits for FHA here (182,500) the other one caps at like 120,000 (you can not find a house for that here).
