I'm sure this is oft-asked, but I really cannot nail down a firm answer. What the problem seems to be is that everyone has their preferred methods for 'pulling' - but those methods may not be compatible with the tactics that some folks would advocate; e.g. pulling a CR after a validation is sent. This is commonly used to get FCRA violations. For all other purposes, do many here pull weekly, daily, etc? Online would be the obvious choice, and with all three CRA's offering the online services, it seems a no-brainer. But is there a tried and true package 'selection' that folks use to get the most updated information? Paying $9 for each report (even if online) seems excessive and can quickly run one into debt -- which is the antithesis of what we're trying to accomplish here, heh. For example, I know about the individual products from the 3 agencies, I use them (except for transunion). But they are limiting their pulls to 4 in a year period. Worthknowing.com i believe charges $5 extra for each pull in excess of the 4/yr limit. Any other thoughts/comments? Thanks Next Thanks!
If you delete your worthknowing account, you can sign up again and get another for free. I have been doing this every day for bumpage. I have the exp credit manager service, but would like to find a quick easy way to pull ex daily.
Privacy guard lets you pull all three at once. Right now they have a 3 month trial offer for $1.00. I just signed up for it and pulled my 3bureau report. I signed off, logged nback in an attempted to get another one and the price for it was still $0.00. I would assume the pulls are unlimited...I'm hoping so anyway...LOL www.privacyguard.com
CreditExpert (EXP), CreditWatch (EQFX) are the methods I use to pull daily. TU has been late in the game and I heard offers something new, but still not comparable...
Privacy Guard is what I use. The 3 month trial is pretty good for one dollar. If you keep it after that its like 89.00 for one year. They let you pull a 3 report every day. You can do this every day for no extra charge. They will charge extra for the other two scores if you want them. They include the eq fako for free every time. Not a bad deal. pb
I use Privacy Guard and yes, you can pull everyday. It includes all 3 credit bureaus. It is not as detailed as the ones you would pull directly from the bureaus, but still worth it I think. They also provide monthly monitoring service.
Indeed. The thing I had been advised against was using the 3-in-1 consolidated because (as you all have helpfully reaffirmed) they can be less detailed. However, maybe this is ok with the thought of pulling a direct one every 90 days from the 3 main sites themselves. Hmm............ $90 for Privacy Guard might be worth it. I understand there is other information that it collects too.
next level Yes, you are correct in that the 3 credit report of pg is less detailed. That is how I use pg- to check up on any deletions or additions as often as I want, then pull the individual ones on a as needed or can afford basis. It should save in the long run, especially if you get fixated on credit repair ! good luck pb
How acurate is the pg info and eq score? is it an actual fico? I read in the past on here that some had probs with pg scoring. Just want some info from those who ahve it already. Currently, dont pull eq very often (need bumpage badly, though). I pull exp daily (free) and tu daily (free) thru wk and was pulling every 6 days at tu site (free). This reminds me...if anyone has used the tu site to get their free report plus faco, lately, I have been having trouble getting my free report. I enter that I was recently denied credit, just like always, but then after it confirms identity, it brings up the payment screen. It has been doing this as of last week. Until then, it worked like a charm. Thanks guys!!!!!!
When you order your report at TU go to the Link (credit report only) because if you click on the other link that include the score they will ask for your credit card for the $3.95 for the score. In others words the SCORE is not free anymore.
Is PG the same as consumer info? I paid something like 79.95 and can see my equifax once a day. (pull once a day) I use wk for tu and also pull ce for exp. My question is there bumpage with pg, wk and ce? I have had it with cons info in the past. Hope it will start back up.
Go to Experian.com and then click on Request an Online Dispute¨. You will need an old experian report #.
OMG you mean I am paying credit expert for a fake score and nothing else?!?! Jiminy christmas! SIGH.....although when I did request an online dispute the report number (even though it is updated info when you pull it "today") had to be a report dated in the last 90 days. Have they changed that?
Re: Re: Cheapest Daily CR Pull Method? I don´t know. I have used mine for months. but you can get a new report # calling Experian at 888-397-3742 Option two, Option two again, Option four... Follow prompts... Then they will issue a report number...as soon as they do.. head for your computer.... Credit by DISPUTER
Are you having trouble with hard inqs like some of the others? Does this accomplish bumpage on any of the bureaus? I'm curious about exp since no one seems to get b. with it.
