    What's he's saying is to turn you CAPS LOCK off... in netiquette, anything in CAPS is considered to be the equivalent of shouting.. Use lower caps unless appropriate.

    LONG AGO IN A LAND FAR, FAR, AWAY, SOMEBODY DECIDED THAT WHEN YOU USE ALL CAPS...YOU ARE YELLING, BUT I USE CAPS BECAUSE THEY ARE EASIER TO READ AND I HAVE PASSWORDS THAT ARE CASE SENSITIVE (CAPS)...

    BUT there is NO case law to prove it...

    I have gone along with it for all the other posters benefit...but it is still hard to read even though I know what I typed...
