    said I cannot receive the credit builder's card or their regular card until I have six months of RECENT positive history. Wish I had known before I blew the inquiry. Oh well.....

    I didn't know this either. I guess that explains why they approved me.

    What CRA did they pull?

    DANG! I was hoping you would say Experian. It is very very difficult to get inquiries off of Equifax. I have yet to see anyone here do it.

    <If there's someone out there that has gotten inquiries deleted from Equifax....step forward>

    what type of positive history are they looking for? Credit card or just one positive tradeline?

    has gotten inquires off of Equifax.

    My only problem is Transunion

    How do you get inquiries off EQ? I heard it is rare!

    I must have lucked out then because I disputed inquires on equifax/csc and all of them came off. I was quite surprised.. this was about 3-4 months ago. I think I have a copy of the letter I sent -- email me if you would like a generic version.
