You responded to my previos post, But I spoke to soon, I was told this morning by chex that no one responded to the verification by the 23rd so they would be taken off later today- just got off the phone with them and they told me there policy is before they remove anything they call the bank even if they didnt respond to tell them it will be taken off and if the bank says no, it is to stay then it stays, they say they have my sig. cards , I dont get it, they say by law they must call the bank before It comes off, I just need one day with a clean report to open an account and I thought it was today, guess not, Is there anything I can tell the rep on the phone as to the law regarding no verification in 30 days or is she right in the fact they can call the banks before they do remove?

30 DAYS IS 30 DAYS... It MUST be deleted as far as I know...(I don't think the bank has permission to IGNORE the law)!!!
